Yes — that's the point. Design is reviewed before build starts, and feedback loops are short. You won't wait two weeks to see a mockup.
What happens if I'm not happy with the result?
Revisions are built into every package. If something isn't right, it gets fixed before the final invoice. The scope document is the contract — if it's in the scope, it gets built correctly.
