Terms & Conditions

These terms outline how Savrig handles service scope, payments, revisions, ownership, compliance, and project communication.

Use of Services

Savrig provides website, software, design, product development, integration, and consulting services. Project scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, revision rounds, and support windows are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, project work starts after a 50% advance payment and the remaining 50% is due before final handoff, launch, or transfer of production files. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, tools, APIs, payment processors, and subscriptions are paid by the client unless included in the written quote.

Scope Changes

Quotes are based on the agreed scope. Additional pages, features, integrations, content changes, design directions, or technical requirements outside the approved scope may require revised pricing and timeline approval before extra work starts.

Revision Policy

Revision rounds are included according to the selected package or written project agreement. Revisions cover refinements to agreed deliverables; they do not include new features, new page types, major direction changes, or work outside the approved scope unless separately quoted.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, brand assets, content, account access, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays in feedback, content, approvals, access, or third-party services may affect the delivery timeline.

Intellectual Property Transfer

After full payment is received, Savrig transfers ownership of the final approved custom deliverables created specifically for the client, except for pre-existing tools, reusable assets, templates, libraries, general know-how, and third-party assets.

Portfolio Use

Savrig may reference completed work in portfolios, case studies, proposals, or marketing unless confidentiality is agreed in writing. Confidential client information, private credentials, and sensitive business data are not published.

Third-Party Tools

Projects may depend on external services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, databases, payment processors, email providers, CRMs, AI tools, or APIs. Their pricing, uptime, policies, data handling, and feature changes are controlled by their respective providers.

Compliance and Data

Savrig aims to follow basic responsible data handling practices for project inquiries and client communication. Clients are responsible for confirming any industry-specific legal, regulatory, accessibility, tax, privacy, or compliance requirements before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

Savrig aims to deliver reliable work, but does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, search rankings, revenue, signups, investor interest, or business outcomes beyond the agreed deliverables. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project unless required otherwise by applicable law.
